Let it SNOW!

12-20" of snow possible by Sunday morning...

This isn't Evan's first snow, but it's certainly his first BIG snow! We bundled him up and sent him on out into the white stuff. Not a such a success at first. He refused to wear any gloves, and kept falling down in the snow. His poor little hands were all red and freezing. Still, he didn't want to come inside. Threw a fit when I brought him in, but I was worried about his hands, and since he didn't want to wear gloves, it was time to come inside. So now were all warmed up, Evan's having some grilled cheese and watching "Happy Feet" and now "Cars." The snow is coming down heavier than ever now. Blizzard conditions. I just took some yardstick measurements outside. Anywhere from 8-10" so far.

Major Snowstorm Expected...

Currently expecting 8"-14" of snow in the Philadelphia area between now and Sunday morning. Genevieve and I were out trying to find little snow boots for Evan, bit no luck. I'll have to go out and try again tomorrow if the weather's not too crazy. Looking forward to a fun day in the snow with Evan.

Genevieve looks like she's about ready to have a baby! We're scheduled to go into the hospital Feb 16th, but you'd think this little girl is ready now, she's so active. I put my hand on Genevieve's belly and all I can feel is knees and elbows moving around.

**Update** 2AM - Just started snowing heavy, already a coating on all the cars...

Mimmie Mouse

While looking at photos tonight on the computer Evan excitedly pointed out "Mimmie" and "Mimnie". Everyday he comes out with new words. The other day while Pete and I were getting him ready for his photo shoot he threw a ball onto the ground and exclaimed "touchdown!" as clear as could be. We just stood there in shock with our mouths hanging open. Pretty soon he'll really be talking, we can't wait to hear what he has to say.

Wedding Video

Wedding Video I was working on editing last night from some HD clips I shot with the new camera. I'll tell you , iMovie is not bad for editing small projects like this. I was able to overlap audio and video. I'd like to do more clips like this in the future. My friends Brent and Nicole were married at "The Breakers" in Spring Lake, NJ back in June.

The weather's been pretty nice (60's) for late fall, almost December up here in the Northeast, (with the exception of today, rain.) So we spent some time at the local playground letting Evan have some fun while it's still warm enough to play outside. Evan's been going up the steps and down the slide all by himself, and goes on the slide over and over again, until Mommy and Daddy need a nap
