Big Cypress National Wildlife Preserve

Evan and I went on a real safari adventure today; to the Big Cypress National Wildlife Preserve in Florida. We saw plenty of wildlife there. From big Blue Herons, to Woodstorks, Turtles, Vultures, Alligators, and Anhingas. (A bird that dives undrwater to catch fish.) I'm pretty sure I spotted a Bald Eagle on a lamp post on the way home, but I'm not entirely sure. We had fun, but most of the conversation between Evan and I revolved around how he wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese.

Best of Photobooth

Our best Photo Booth pictures from Florida. Evan and Eliana love playing on Photo Booth, taking tons, (sometimes too many,) pictures on Daddy's computer, or "Pyuter" as Evan refers to it. It provides hour of entertanment for the kids.

Hanging Out With Nan

Happy Thanksgiving! Pete's Mean Green Bean Rock 'n' Roll Casserole

Despite the lengthy name, it's just a spiced up casserole.

Pete's Mean Green Bean Rock 'n' Roll Casserole

2 Cans of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup with Garlic

2 Cans of French Cut Green Beans

2 Cans of French Fried Onions

1/2 Cup of Milk

Add spices to your liking:
Black Pepper
Cumin
Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper (Dash)
Cajun Seasoning

Put 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 cans of Green Beans, and 1 can of French Fried Onions in a casserole dish.

Add 1/2 Cup of Milk, Spices, then mix together.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Have Toby Keith playing loudly in the background.

Cover the top of the casserole with French Fried Onions and place back in the oven for five minutes, or until the French Fried Onions brown.

When you take it out of the oven, the top layer should be crispy, the bottom layer should be mushy, and the whole thing should be yummy. Enjoy.

All Star Music Resort

This was one of those days when Evan simply refused to pose for any photos. Daddy takes them anyway, they make for interesting moments.

Mommy and Eliana, superstars.

The real reason Evan didn't want to take photos. The arcade! Which Evan referred to as "Chuck E. Cheese." Evan played video games, Skee Ball, (Which he calls 'bowling,) and Table Hockey. If we never left the hotel and stayed in the arcade, he would have been fine with that.

Disney Day 2

Okay, so Eliana meeting Mickey and Minnie didn't go so well.

Evan's a pro now, he's done this before...

Evan said that he told Santa he wanted "All of the toys."
