After the few scary moments the night before when a tornado seemed imminent, the storm was relatively quiet. We stayed up until about 2:30am waiting for it to start, and it never seemed to start, so we went to bed. By morning all that was left was the wind, but it was enough to knock the power out around 8:30am. Not sure if it was the tree (below,) that caused the power outage, but we were without power most of Sunday, so the kids went outside to play.
A tree a few blocks away knocked down some power lines and became the neighborhood attraction.
